Job Summary:
The QAD ERP Specialist is responsible for the configuration, administration, and support of the QAD Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This role involves optimizing the system to meet the business requirements, troubleshooting system issues, and collaborating with various departments to ensure the ERP system supports organizational objectives. The specialist also handles user training, data management, and integration of new ERP functionalities.
Key Responsibilities:
- ERP System Configuration: Configure and maintain the QAD ERP system based on business needs, including modules related to finance, manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution.
- Technical Support: Provide day-to-day technical support for QAD users, troubleshooting issues and ensuring system performance is optimized.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve business processes through ERP system enhancements and optimizations.
- User Training & Documentation: Conduct training sessions for end-users on new functionalities, system updates, and best practices. Develop and maintain user guides and documentation.
- Data Management: Ensure data integrity by managing imports, exports, and data updates within the QAD system. Create and maintain reports for various departments.
- System Integration: Collaborate with other IT team members to integrate QAD ERP with other enterprise systems such as CRM
